Amaroo Wellbeing Day
A day on the green for Amaroo Wellbeing Day at The National Golf Club on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
What a fantastic Friday we had at our Amaroo Wellbeing Day! Thank you to all the Amarooians who joined us for a day of relaxation, friendly competition, and connection on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
At the National Golf Club, 32 golfers (in groups of four) battled it out in an Ambrose competition on the challenging "Old Course". Here are the results:
- The winning team took home the prize with an impressive eight under par — congratulations to Ed Phillip, Ben Brain, Jamie Halliwell, and Glenn Warwick!
- Men's Longest Drive: Ben Brain
- Men's Nearest the Pin: Rod Leyton
- Women's Longest Drive & Nearest the Pin: Jen North
While most of us were teeing off, Fiona Sanford & Liz Henderson were winding down at the Peninsula Hot Springs for a rejuvenating dip — it looks like they had a fruitful time.
A big thank you to Amarooians Damian Oorloff for his generous donation of prizes to the winning team of $600 worth of Glenmuir Golfing Apparel and Andrew Whitney for donating the incredible Stiebel Eltron bags. Thank you all again for joining us — we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did, and we're already looking forward to the next one.
